This Privacy Policy describes how TestCrew ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the Crew Portal mobile application (the "App"). The App is an internal tool for TestCrew employees.
1. Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign in (such as your work email and name).
- Content you submit through the App (such as leave requests and activity logs).
- Technical data needed to operate the App, including session identifiers and a push-notification token issued by Apple or Google.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, or camera. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate the App, authenticate you, deliver notifications, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information only with authorised personnel inside TestCrew, with service providers acting on our behalf (Microsoft for sign-in, Apple and Google for notifications), and where required by law.
4. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on servers we control. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with applicable law.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
6. Children
The App is intended for adult employees only.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
