Job Title: Technical Service Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our technical support team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing technologies and experience in managing cloud infrastructure and services. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of technical support engineers to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  2. Ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and professional manner, using ITIL best practices and procedures
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and increase efficiency
  4. Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve technical issues
  6. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training to clients as needed
  7. Identify and resolve technical challenges in a proactive and timely manner
  8. Manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and frameworks
  3. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect) preferred
  4. At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the managed cloud services industry
  5. Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience with managing cloud infrastructure and services
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges
  8. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives concurrently
  9. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
