Job Title: Technical Service Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our technical support team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing technologies and experience in managing cloud infrastructure and services. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical support engineers to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and professional manner, using ITIL best practices and procedures
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and increase efficiency
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve technical issues
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training to clients as needed
- Identify and resolve technical challenges in a proactive and timely manner
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and frameworks
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect) preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the managed cloud services industry
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience with managing cloud infrastructure and services
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives concurrently
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
